Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data Bozorli collects and uses when you use the customer mobile app and related online pages. It does not claim regulatory certifications that have not been legally reviewed.

This document reflects actual Bozorli product behavior and still requires final owner and/or legal counsel approval before it is treated as the definitive legal version.

1. About Bozorli

Bozorli is a goods-ordering and delivery platform in Uzbekistan. Users browse stores, place orders, pay with available methods, and track delivery status.

The service is operated by the Bozorli brand owner. Privacy contact: support@bozorli.uz.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the service, you may provide:

  • name (profile and order contact);
  • phone number (registration, sign-in, contact);
  • email (optional, in profile);
  • saved delivery addresses and address notes;
  • order notes;
  • avatar photo if you upload one;
  • support communications (for example emails to support@bozorli.uz).

3. Information collected automatically

When you use the app we may process:

  • device and app information (for example OS/app version when needed for support or notifications);
  • push notification token if you allow notifications and are signed in;
  • client diagnostics needed to operate the service (no separate analytics/crash SDK is claimed in the current customer app);
  • approximate or precise location only when you grant permission, for features such as nearby stores or address assist (not background tracking).

4. Order information

Orders may include products, store, delivery address, order status, and payment status needed to fulfill the order and provide support.

5. Payment information

Payment may be cash on delivery or via external providers such as Payme or Click when that method is enabled for the order.

Bozorli does not store full bank card details: card entry happens on payment provider pages. Bozorli may store payment status, session identifiers, and amounts needed for the order and accounting.

6. How information is used

We use information to:

  • create and maintain your account;
  • show stores and place orders;
  • arrange delivery and status updates;
  • process payments through connected providers;
  • send service push notifications (when permitted);
  • respond to support requests;
  • protect security, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

8. Data sharing

Data may be shared with:

  • stores fulfilling your order (order contents, contact, and address as needed);
  • delivery participants when involved in that order;
  • payment providers;
  • infrastructure/service providers (hosting, push, SMS/OTP) as needed to run the service;
  • authorities when legally required.

9. Push notifications

If you allow notifications, the app may register a push token for order and status messages. You can disable notifications in device and/or app settings. Sign-out and account deletion unregister push in the current implementation.

10. Location permissions

Location is requested for service features such as nearby stores and is used only after permission. Background location tracking is not a stated feature of the current customer app.

11. Data retention

Profile data is kept while the account is active. After account deletion, profile, addresses, avatar, and push-related data are removed or anonymized. Historical order and payment records may be retained where required for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. Exact log/backup retention is set by owner operational/legal policy.

12. Data security

We apply organizational and technical measures, including HTTPS in production configuration and access controls. Absolute security of internet transmission cannot be guaranteed.

13. User rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, or account deletion. Contact support@bozorli.uz. We may ask you to verify account ownership.

14. Account deletion

You can start account deletion inside the Bozorli mobile app (profile / account settings) when signed in.

After confirmation: sessions are revoked; profile, saved addresses, avatar, and push information are removed or anonymized; historical order/payment records may be retained for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. Immediate hard deletion of all financial records is not promised where the backend must retain them.

If you cannot access the app, email support@bozorli.uz from/with your account phone number. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, or full card details.

15. Children / minimum age

The service is intended for users able to enter binding agreements under Uzbekistan law. The exact minimum age and children’s policy remain subject to owner approval. If you believe a child’s data was provided without proper consent, contact support@bozorli.uz.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here; we may also notify users through available channels when appropriate.
