Delete your Bozorli account
Google Play and users may use this page as public account-deletion information. See the Privacy Policy for full data details.
This description matches the current Phase 8 soft-delete / anonymization behavior and still requires final owner approval.

Delete in the app
1. Open the Bozorli app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Choose delete account and confirm.
After confirmation, active sessions are revoked.
What is removed or anonymized
Under the current implementation:
- profile data (name, phone, email — anonymized/removed);
- saved addresses;
- avatar;
- push registration information;
- access via prior sessions ends.
What may be retained
Historical order and payment records may be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Immediate hard deletion of all financial records is not promised.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@bozorli.uz with an account-deletion request and your account phone number. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, or full card details.
