Terms of Service
By using the Bozorli app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
This document describes the current Bozorli business model and requires final owner and/or legal counsel approval. Items such as governing law details and certain commercial guarantees remain owner-decision fields.
1. Acceptance of terms
Registering, signing in, or placing an order means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
Bozorli provides a platform to browse stores, build a cart, order physical goods, pay with available methods, and track order status. Bozorli does not guarantee every product is available at all times.
3. Account registration and security
Full access requires phone registration and authentication (password and/or OTP). Keep credentials secret and never share OTP or password with anyone, including people claiming to be Bozorli support.
4. Eligibility
The service is for users able to enter agreements under Uzbekistan law. Exact minimum age is an owner-approval field.
5. Product listings and availability
Descriptions, photos, and availability are provided by stores and/or the platform and may change. A product may become unavailable after it is added to the cart.
6. Prices
Prices shown at browse/checkout time may change before order confirmation. The checkout total includes applicable delivery fees when calculated.
7. Variants and stock
Variants and limited stock are checked at checkout. Unavailable items may lead to adjustment or cancellation per store and support processes.
8. Delivery address responsibility
You are responsible for accurate address, contact details, and notes. Incorrect addresses may delay or prevent delivery.
9. Delivery availability
Delivery depends on store, service area, timing, and operational limits. The service does not promise delivery everywhere or within fixed times.
10. Delivery fees
Delivery fees may apply and are shown at checkout when calculated. Free delivery is not guaranteed as a standing promise.
11. Orders
An order is accepted for processing after successful creation and, for non-cash methods, when payment is started or confirmed per the selected method.
12. Order confirmation
Order status appears in the app. Notifications (including push) may supplement but do not replace checking status in the app.
13. Payments
Available payment methods depend on platform and store configuration at checkout. They may include cash and/or external providers such as Payme or Click when enabled.
14. Cash / Payme / Click
Cash is payment on receipt when available. Payme and Click are external providers; card-data terms are set by the provider. Bozorli does not claim every method is always production-enabled for every order.
15. Failed or pending payments
If payment is pending or fails, the order may stay awaiting payment or be cancelled. You may retry payment or contact support without sending passwords, OTP codes, or full card details.
16. Order cancellation
Cancellation depends on order status and store/platform rules. Orders already in fulfillment may not be cancellable automatically. Contact support for help.
17. Refunds and disputes
Refunds and remedies are reviewed case by case based on order facts, payment status, and store/provider rules. Universal refund deadlines are not promised here.
18. Store responsibilities
Stores are responsible for quality, descriptions, and preparation within their role. Bozorli helps transmit orders and statuses but does not replace seller obligations where the transaction nature requires them.
19. User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, accept delivery when required, pay with the selected method, and do not abuse the service.
20. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, interference with the service, fake orders, harassment of staff or stores, and other unlawful conduct are prohibited.
21. Service availability
We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation without maintenance, errors, or external outages.
22. External links and payment providers
The service may open payment-provider pages and other external resources. Their terms apply separately.
23. Intellectual property
The Bozorli name, design, software, and platform content are protected. Unauthorized copying is prohibited. Store content belongs to the respective rights holders.
24. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bozorli is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or failures caused by stores, couriers, payment providers, networks, or incorrect user data. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
25. Account suspension and deletion
We may restrict or block access for Terms violations or security threats. You may delete your account in the app; effects are described in the Privacy Policy.
26. Changes to terms
These Terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page with an updated date.
27. Governing law / jurisdiction
Intended governing law is the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Exact jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording is an owner-approval field and is not fixed here as a final legal clause.
